Website Setup & Basic Development: $1000 – $5,000+

Monthly Hosting & Maintenance: $50 – $300+/month

Revision Policy: Typically 10 rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed at an hourly rate ($100/hour).

Development Fees

The initial website development fee will be determined based on the complexity and scope of the project. This fee will be quoted after reviewing the Intake Form and must be agreed upon before development begins. The fee covers:

• Design and development of the website on the WordPress platform

• Integration of requested features and functionality

• Initial content placement and optimization

Note: Any additional features, premium plugins, or third-party services that incur a cost will be added to monthly hosting invoice.

Scope of Work

RSI will develop a website for the Client based on the specifications provided in the Website Development Intake Form (“Intake Form”), which must be completed by the Client before work begins.

Hosting & Maintenance Fees

RSI hosts websites through WPEngine. The standard monthly hosting fee is $50 per month or $600 per year. This fee includes:

• Secure hosting on WPEngine’s servers

• Routine updates to WordPress and standard plugins

• Basic security monitoring

• Daily backups

Variable Hosting Costs:

• Websites requiring additional resources (e.g., high-traffic volumes, extensive media content, or complex functionality) may incur higher hosting fees.

• Premium plugins or third-party services required for functionality will be billed in addition to the base hosting cost.

Revision & Modification Policy

Clients are entitled to 10 free revision requests within the first 30 days after the initial site launch. Additional revisions or modifications beyond this will be billed at $100 per hour.

Revisions include:

• Minor text changes

• Image replacements

• Adjustments to existing layouts

Major modifications, such as redesigns, new feature implementations, or additional pages, will require a separate quote and approval before work begins.

Client Responsibilities 

Before RSI begins development, the Client must:

1. Complete and submit the Website Development Intake Form detailing the required content, design preferences, and functionality.

2. Provide all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and branding materials, in a timely manner.

3. Review and approve development milestones within the agreed timeline.

Payment Terms

• Initial development fees must be paid in full or per agreed payment structure.

• Hosting fees will be billed monthly or annually, as selected by the Client.

• Additional charges for premium plugins, modifications, or expanded hosting requirements will be invoiced separately or included in base hosting cost.

Termination & Cancellation

• The Client may cancel hosting services at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

• RSI reserves the right to terminate hosting services if payments are not received within 30 days of the due date.

• Upon cancellation, RSI will provide the Client with a copy of their website files upon request; however, additional assistance with migration or setup elsewhere may incur an extra fee.
